Try Our New Morning Schedule For Free October 1st-4th!

We are excited to announce that we are shuffling things up and bringing you more options for your weekday classes starting in October! In addition to earlier start times on Tuesday and Thursday, we also have Meli joining the Zumba team and the strength classes changing days. While we have heard from many of you that you are excited to have earlier options, we know this doesn’t work for everyone. If that is you, don’t worry! This is just the first step in expanding our morning offerings. We hope to add later class times on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in January.

To introduce our new schedule, you can try any of our morning classes for free from October 1st-4th. Please reserve in advance to secure your spot!

  • Wednesday, October 2nd
    • 6:15 STRONG with Meli
    • 9:15 Burn with Jennifer
    • 10:15 WERQ with Danny
  • Thursday, October 3rd
    • 8:30 Zumba Toning with Meli
    • 9:30 Zumba with Meli
  • Friday, October 4th
    • 9:15 Burn with Jennifer
