Mon. at 7:15 pm | U-Jam® with Sarina

Combining the energy and grittiness of urban dance with fitness, U-Jam Fitness® is a cardio dance experience that feels more like a 90’s House Party than a workout. U-Jam combines funky, adrenaline-based beats from around the world with easy-to-follow choreography. All levels are welcome.

Wind down at the end of the day with gentle, feel-good movements designed to relax and de-stress the body and mind and to help quiet the nervous system for better sleep. Combining dynamic and static flexibility moves with light mobility work, this class will help you feel looser, more relaxed and more centered.

Tue. at 4:40 pm | Strong Core with Ginny

This class is 100% focused on developing a stronger and more stable center to improve posture and balance, alleviate low back pain, and help with everyday activities. Combining strength conditioning exercises, yoga and mat pilates, it targest common areas of weakness or instability in the core. Good for all levels.

Fri. at 11:15 am | Revive! with Ginny
Revive and refresh with this mid-day movement break designed to help you de-stress, re-focus, and re-energize. Incorporating gentle stretching and mobility work, it will help ease muscle and joint stiffness and give you an added energy boost for the afternoon. All levels welcome.
