faq

Do I need a Reservation?

Reservations are required for both in-person and online classes. Not only do they guarantee your spot in our most popular times, but they also allow us to contact you if there is a last minute change of plans such as a teacher getting sick or injured.

What is Your Cancellation and no-show Policy?

With spaces limited for in-person classes, we ask that you book only the classes you are certain you can attend. You may cancel your class for up to 6 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Late Cancel Fee (within 6 hours of class) – $6 charged to the card on file
  • Last Minute Cancel Fee (within 30 minutes of class) – $10
  • No-Show Fee – $12
Where Should I park?

We have a small lot of seven parking spaces on the East side of the building next to the large mural. You can also find street parking on Sandy Blvd or behind the studio in the neighborhood. Please do not to park in the Davita parking lot or at the strip mall next door because they may tow.

What is your mask policy?

We follow the CDC’s published Covid-19 Community Levels for Multnomah County to determine our mask usage.

  • Green – Masks optional
  • Yellow – Masks recommended
  • Red – Masks required

Community levels are updated each Thursday and are posted on a sign in our entryway.

Do I need To wear Shoes?

We recommend athletic shoes for all of our cardio dance fitness classes. Shoes are optional in our strength classes.

What should I bring?

Proof of vaccination for your first class (physical card or photo)

  • Resistance bands for Burn*

Repair Classes (MELT Method and Gentle Stretch and Mobility)

What If I didn't Get My Live Stream Link?

Links frequently go to spam or promotion folders. Use the search feature to look for an email from FitGrid (one word). If the Zoom link has not arrived 10 minutes before class, text 503.927.2026 with “link needed”.

Is there a place to change?

We have a curtained changing area in our women’s bathroom and a large private unisex bathroom. We do not have showers but we keep supplies on hand if you want to freshen up after class.

Are Children Allowed?

Our age requirement is 14 to attend classes. We do not offer childcare so we are unable to have children in the building during class times.

For How Long are Memberships?

Memberships are a six-month contract. After that time they become month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time.

Can I change my membership?

Memberships may be increased at any time during the initial 6 month contract but can only be decreased at the end of term.

How do i cancel my membership?

Memberships that have completed the 6 month contract can be cancelled in writing by sending an email to info@pulsepdx.net.
