in-person & online class offerings
cardio
To make each of our cardio dance fitness classes feel like a party, we combine nightclub-style lighting with amazing sound and shock absorbing flooring. There are no mirrors and no judgement, just upbeat music, fun moves, and an inclusive community. All levels and abillities are welcome! 14 and up only.
strength
Whether you are trying to build strength, lower your risk of injuries, improve bone health, recover from a past injury, or just get a mood boost, we have a strength class for you! Each of our classes can be modified to get exactly the workout that is right for you.
repair
Our repair classes are a great way to de-stress and help your body move better. Maintain and improve joint health and flexibility with our Revive! and Release classes, or learn simple self-care techniques to ease aches and pains in our Melt Method Class. All three classes are great to help your body feel better and to recover faster.
