Dancer's WorkoutJoin Geoffrey for a special Dancer’s Workout on Thursday nights at 6:30 pm starting August 14th.

This strength and flexibility class is suitable for all levels. Movements include isolations, long stretches, bodyweight resistance training, and basic dance moves like pliés and tendus. Many of the drills will feel familiar if you’ve taken a studio dance class. Experienced dancers can maintain their skills, while newcomers will enjoy a fitness approach that allows everyone to work at their own pace.
