Bio

My name is Heidi, and I am a passionate person with a diverse background. I am part German and part Mexican, and I was born in Canada. Although I work in banking by day, I have a creative soul. I have a deep love for learning and am always seeking new experiences.

Teaching is a passion of mine, and I love building connections with my students. It’s amazing to see people progress week after week, getting stronger and loving my classes. I believe in small steps toward success and offer modifications to ensure everyone feels supported. Warrior Rhythm is not only fun but is also a great way to build strength, mobility, and flexibility. I love music and moving to the beats of amazing songs.

When I’m not teaching or working, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my three cats, exploring new music, doing puzzles, and reconnecting with friends. Self-care is essential to me, so I love going to acupuncture or doing a cool facemask at home. I cherish my “me” time.

Class Information

Warrior Rhythm® on Tuesdays at 4:40 pm is fitness-focused with yoga undertones to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s yoga + weights + HIIT + mindfulness rolled into one insanely rhythmic experience! Grab a yoga mat and weights, and get ready for unconventional yoga flows and unforgettable playlists designed to unleash your inner wild thing!

First class is free on April 2nd with advance reservations for either in-person or online.
