I teach a delicious evening class called Release. Beautiful music will guide us through a series of gentle mobility movements and juicy stretches to nurture and downregulate the nervous system. Release will be your Monday night melatonin, your end-of-day movement medicine, your time to decompress and unwind before bed.

What I love most about PulsePDX (and the reason I evangelized for it long before teaching there) is the community. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a fitness space before. All the teachers, the members, and the regulars are next-level magic. Oh, and I really like the disco ball too.
how I got started
I grew up as a competitive gymnast and was a springboard diver in high school. Flipping, bending, and yielding my body into various contortions under the watchful eye of an audience…is apparently my thing.
When I dropped out of nursing school in 2018, I felt broken. Yoga put me back together. I started teaching in 2020 and have used dance, yoga, and movement as my therapy ever since.
